By accessing, browsing, booking, or using any of the services offered by Kambo Wellness Center, you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we recommend you do not use this website or purchase our services.
1. Purpose
These Terms govern the use of the website, registration for retreats organized by Kambo Wellness Center, the use of facilities, participation in ceremonies, and the handling of personal information.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to book or attend any retreat.
Participation is subject to completing a medical questionnaire, informed consent form, and a prior screening by our team.
We reserve the right to deny or cancel participation for health, safety, misconduct, or false information provided.
3. Registration and Payments
Registration is confirmed only after full payment or a non-refundable deposit.
All payments are non-refundable, unless the retreat is canceled by the organizer.
Kambo Wellness Center may offer an alternative date in the case of rescheduling due to force majeure (weather, health, logistical issues, etc.).
4. Cancellation Policy
Participant cancellations do not qualify for a refund.
Transfers to another participant are allowed upon approval and fulfillment of retreat requirements.
If the retreat is canceled by Kambo Wellness Center, a rescheduled date will be offered within 12 months.
5. Use of Ancestral Plant Medicine
Kambo Wellness Center does not sell or trade medicinal plants. Use is voluntary, sacred, and ceremonial.
Any use of ancestral medicine is offered as a spiritual gift, not part of the retreat fee.
The participant assumes full responsibility for engaging in such practices.
6. Liability Waiver
Participants acknowledge being fully informed of potential physical, psychological, and emotional risks involved in retreats and ceremonies.
Kambo Wellness Center, its staff, facilitators, or affiliates shall not be held liable for any incident, loss, harm, or adverse effect during or after participation.
It is recommended to consult with your physician and mental health professional prior to joining.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, logos, photos, videos, retreat descriptions, and recordings—is the exclusive property of Kambo Wellness Center.
Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
8. Data Protection
Kambo Wellness Center respects your privacy in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected will be used solely for logistical, medical, administrative, or promotional purposes, with prior consent.
9. Conduct During the Retreat
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward others, facilitators, staff, and the natural environment.
Any violent, inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate expulsion without refund.
No external or unauthorized substances are allowed during the retreat.
10. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of the State of Nayarit, Mexico.
